Building Examiners of Texas provides various commercial services including: Construction Draw Inspections include a monthly site inspection to provide a review of the contractor's payment request and to evaluate the accuracy of the representations made in each line item of the contractor's cost statements. The draw inspection will evaluate the accuracy of the draw request, note construction phase completion, and identify stored materials.
We also provide statewide construction monitoring services for various sized lending institutions. Our Construction Monitoring Services include regular site visits to provide a quality overview of project status.
We will work with the developers, general contractors and loan servicers to schedule our inspections and deliver our comprehensive report within three days of the site visit. Other due deligence inspections available upon request.
